Process Engineers (2 positions) 6k–12k

Job Responsibilities:
1. Primarily responsible for developing machining process plans for components;
2. Responsible for reviewing machining drawings;
3. Design and develop corresponding process equipment plans, including fixtures, cutting tools, measuring tools, and inspection gauges, based on process requirements.
4. Develop standard work hours and cost estimates based on part drawings.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a mechanical engineering-related field; at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates with extensive experience and outstanding technical skills may be considered even if they do not meet the formal education requirement. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in military-industrial component machining.
2. Proficient in using mainstream CAD/CAM software such as Autodesk, UG, and Pro/E for drafting, with technical capabilities in CNC programming and machining simulation.
3. In good health, hardworking and resilient, upright and honest, proactive and ambitious, and obedient to leadership; serious and responsible in work, with a strong team spirit;
4. Willing to work shifts and comply with the company’s overtime arrangements;
