YD-DRHA218-1 dual-ridged horn antenna is a wide-band horn antenna that operates from 2 GHz to 18 GHz.
By loading ridge structures inside the waveguide, the low-frequency cutoff frequency of the waveguide can be reduced while increasing the cutoff frequency of higher-order modes, thereby enabling the waveguide to operate over a bandwidth of 10:1.
